So, I've been getting some repeat questions on my diet, diet changes, food philosophy, exercise routine, etc lately, and I thought I'd try and put up a FAQ section.
My question for you- is What do you want to know about me?
Take this as your opportunity to ask me anything and everything you want to know!
I want everyone who reads this to ask me at least 1 question - anything you want, it could be about my diet, my workout routines, schooling, something funny or random, or a general food/cooking/nutrition question. Whatever you can think of!
I'll post all my answers, and take the most frequently asked questions and post my detailed answers in a FAQ section.
I'd also love any suggestions for the blog! I've been a bit busy over the summer with all my activities, but I'd love to hear how I can improve the blog, add any new elements- whatever you'd like to see!

Hey Kristin!
Your blog is on my feed because I enjoy reading about your food adventures, and adventures in general (Italy!!!!!!), but I rarely comment. Earlier this year you mentioned having to gain some weight, and it seemed like you initially had trouble with increasing fat grams and calories. I was wondering if you've ever had an eating disorder or disordered eating? It seems like a number of food bloggers I know have previously struggled with disordered eating/EDs but have since recovered and now enjoy being blooging foodies ;P
My other question is: At what age did you decide to be a vegetarian? And why?
