My bedtime has been at some very odd hours this last week or so... I haven't been getting as much sleep as I should, but I'm getting to see friends who I won't see for a very long time, so it's worth it.
Last night I stayed up late again with friends, had a cup of grapes before I left, and a few cheese & crackers.
This morning I woke up later than usual, and had a simple bowl of Kashi Go Lean (~1.25 cups), 1 cup bluberries and 1 cup nonfat soymilk.
I'm super full after this big bowl, I think I might take a nap for a while some time today I also have to get some stuff together before lunch, exercise and I'm heading to work later this afternoon. We'll see how it all goes, I hope I get my energy back soon...

just curious kristin, when exactly are you going to be in NY?
I hadn't made specific plans about what weekend because I didn't know my schedule... probably the last weekend of august or 2nd weekend of september (I move in to my house the 1st week)... which one is better for you?
honestly, whichever is more convenient for you is fine with me!
