I have been nonstop today!
I woke up this morning, had breakfast, posted and immediately began prep for my class! I made the dough, cut the veggies and we were out the door. After a quick stop at the store for a couple supplies, we set up everything, I had an apple before the kids came and we had a great couple hours making pizza and italian alphabet cookies!
I had a tiny slice of mushroom/olive/onion pizza (with reduced fat italian cheese) and a couple small slices fresh mozarella to hold me over. Then for lunch when everyone left, I had some chickpea/quinoa salad I had made last night for the family- it's a recipe from Women's Health magazine, and it came out great! Theres about a cup of baby spinach at the bottom of the container, and a cup and a half of warm garbanzo salad.
Later on in the day, we came home, I had a snack of a bowl of grapes before doing a nice 40-minute power yoga session, as well as about 10 minutes of arm exercises. After, I had 1/2 cup of cottage cheese to hold me until dinner.
I'm making a new Cooking Light recipe tonight I'm very excited about!
