It has been far too long (a week or so?!?!) since I've had my favorite waffle sandwich, so when my mom picked them up at the store I KNEW what I wanted for breakfast! I had my standard sammie- two fig+flax waffles, about 1.5 tbsp PB, a drizzle of maple syrup and a BIG banana, all squished together in a messy, delectable breakfast.
I'm sure the waffles will hold me over as they always do, my plans for today include some exercise (as always), packing (end of the summer usual!), maybe a trip into town and definately a home-cooked dinner! No work today, so I am glad to get stuff done at home while I have the time!
