Had a good day of shopping; got to the bank, work for my schedule (only work 2 days next week...yay!) and lots and lots of groceries!
I snacked on a large apple and a light cheese stick around 3 p.m. to hold me til dinner (together ~150 kcal, 3 g fat)
My dinner tonight was a quick, easy southern dinner of 1 3/4 cups vegetarian black bean chili (285 kcal, 3 g fat) along with a vegetarian corndog (morningstar brand- whole grain and sooo good! 170 kcal, 5 g fat) and 3/4 cup zucchini sauteed in some olive oil spray and southwest seasonings.
Total dinner calories: ~505 kcals
Now I'm full and satisfied; hopefully it will keep my hunger steady so I'm not tempted to snack at the movies!
I bought a diet soda to sneak in just in case =)
I might get a sugar free chai as well with friends later... we'll see how long we stay!
Time to get ready, my friends and I are seeing Atonement at 6:50 =)
