Basic but balanced

I had a nice, easy basic dinner tonight- a quorn cutlet with bit of dijon to dip, and a seasoned mix of potatoes, snap peas and peppers (steamed) with a few baby carrots on the side. Tasty, I'm satisfied, and now I REALLY have to get to work; homework and cleaning because my sister's coming over tomorrow night, the room can't be too gross!

I know, I'm excited! We are planning on pizza and ice cream sundaes though, so I'm going to be quite bad nutrition-wise... however, i'm going to try to get my hands on some vegan ice cream and maybe some carob chips to reduce all that dairy! Any good brand suggestions, veggiegirl?
