New day...

So, like I mentioned, today's a new day!
Starting fresh, I had a balanced breakfast of 1 mini wheat bagel with 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tbsp raspberry jam, plus 1/2 cup greek yogurt (also topped with a bit of jam) and a medium red pear.

Total breakfast calories: ~420 kcal

Now I am oficially out of fruit, and I need to grab a few other things...I'll be doing a quick grocery shop this afternoon for sure!
I'm going to get my stuff set for the day, and head to the gym around 9 when it opens. I'm going to check out the cardio machines today, hopefully get a good workout in.
Then, for lunch I'm meeting up with my friend Katrina for Crazy Burger! Yay, my favorite!

Hmm... what crazy vegan concoction will I try today?? =)

I'll post lunch later, when I get home from lunch/groceries!

Fortress,
I'm glad you like it!
I'm going to the University of Rhode Island here in Kingston, RI!

Leeluv,
I'm taking organic chem and organic chem lab right now, I just finished up basic. I'm also taking A Food, Nutrition and People course (basically food among different cultures, etc), a course specifically designed for Nutrition/Dietetics majors, Kinesiology, and a philosophy course called "Women and Moral Rights". I'm a busy girl!

Organic is much better than basic but I had the best teacher so I think that made all the diffeence!
I am taking Food Technology Trends, Medical Nutrition Therapy 2 with a lab, Biostatistics, and Biochem with the lab...it always encouraging to see other people share my passion and be as busy as I am. somtimes i stress out more about packing all my stuff for school and work than actually going to school!

You're lucky you had such a good teacher! My professor is the worst... he's a nice guy, very smart, but VERY old fashioned and refuses to explain. So it's been difficult.
I can't wait until I can get into nutrition/food labs! I think it's so interesting to see how things REALLY work outside of a textbook!
I do the same thing with packing, I always need to have certain supplies with me, make sure I have healthy snacks and water, etc... =)
