Over the hump

Ok, I'm just about over the "hump" of Wednesday... but really, Thursday is more of a "hump" than Wednesday... so much going on, it's such a hard day!
Just a review in Philosophy tomorrow though, we have an essay test on Tuesday... then of course my usual Chemistry and Chem lab. (Yuck!)
I think I'm going to try the new "healthy" mexican restaurant on campus for lunch though... I'm pretty excited about that! I wonder what kind of veggie/seafood options they have I would consider healthy... I guess we'll find out!

My stir fry was great for lunch, but it didn't hold me long!
I had a nectarine and a tall nonfat latte for a snack before work, and had my usual soup/veggie dinner. Nothing crazy, thats coming this weekend!

When I came home I snacked on a yoplait yogurt. These are yummy, but I'm def. going to switch to a less processed/less sugar variety... I'm going to try some new organic options when I go shopping this weekend at Whole Foods! So excited! Any suggestions from readers??

Ok, off to bed for now... I need fuel to get me through my crazy Thursday!

Fage 0% yogurt is the only yogurt I eat. I don't know what I would do without it... it's just SOOO good. I love it plain, with fruit, or with fruit and my homemade granola. You can also add honey if you like it sweet (I personally don't care for sweet yogurt though).

I love Fage, and I eat it a good amount as well, but I have yogurt a few times a week for a nighttime snack and Fage gets expensive! =/
I might end up buying some extra this week, though!

Of course Fage 0% is good! I've never tried the 2%. And Oikos O% is good also.

Ahh, hang in there with all your classes and assignments - I too will be anticipating the end of Thursday, and the start of a wonderful weekend (and my spring break - whoo hoo)!!

I'll be at my local Whole Foods today too!! I just posted about my love of/obsession with food-shopping :0D

Food shopping is my favorite hobby!
Looks like we might be getting snow this weekend though, so hopefully the weather holds out so I can venture to W.F.!!
