My breakfast consisted of 1/2 cup (dry) oats w/ 1 cup low fat soy milk, 1 banana, 10 g walnuts, 1 tbsp (1/2 the packet) flax, 1/4 cup blueberries and some cinnamon!
Altogether came to ~500 kcals.
So... I was DEFINATELY in a rush this morning! Went for a quick 35 minute run, but had a situation beforehand that kind of threw timing off... Got to class on time though!
