Sip carefully!

That was my roommate's advice to me about my "situation". Exploding tea bag situation that is! I'm such a klutz, sigh. I was so eager to have my tea I poured the water in WAY too fast and the tea bag BURST open; lemon ginger disaster! Thats alright, it's all herbs and spices, I'll just have to sip carefully =)

Tonight was a long one at work... pretty dull, annoying register training for Rite Aid, etc... but I'm done for the week!
I forgot to photograph dinner because I was so wrapped up in scanning fake barcodes... but I had what I had planned, a vegan burger, some mixed seasoned steamed veggies: about 1 cup of peppers, snow peas and potatoes, along with 1 cup steamed brussels sprouts. Just something light- 300 kcals.

When I came home I had a yogurt snack- I LOVE this "apple turnover" flavor... and for a treat I'm savoring a delicious dove dark chocolate cherry flavored caramel chocolate square. YUM! They're limited edition, my mom gave me 2 and I couldn't refuse. Hopefully that and my tea will get me through some more chem lab prep...



Snack/treat calories: ~150 kcal, 3 g fat

I'm planning a long run tomorrow morning, I've been feeling a little funny, so hopefully I can make it through.
Easy day of classes tomorrow, but I've got a bunch of work to do for my long day on Thursday... at least I can end my night wonderfully- I'm taking another Kundalini class at All That Matters with Margaret! She's amazing, I'm very excited.

Study time!
