Class was alright, but I wish it was canceled... it was such a hassle to walk! Guess a bit of exercise is good though.
When I got back I was STARVING, so I snacked on a banana while my soup cooked up... I had 2 cups 5 bean vegetable soup (by Health Valley) sooo good, I loved it! I'm very full now, all that fiber! I also had the last of my yellow pepper on the side.
Should hold me a good while until we start splurging and snacking! =)
This lunch was ~450 kcals
I know I've been bad posting calories... most of my breakfasts are around the same, usually 450-500 kcals so I don't frequently post those... I'll post new meals, etc if I know the calorie count.

ahh, I'm so sorry - I just now saw the comment your left for me, on one of your previous posts - I HIGHLY recommend the "So Delicious" and "Temptation" vegan ice "creams."
Thanks! I ended up getting frozen yogurt and sorbet; so I did half and half, but i'll definately try one/both of those soon! =)
