Dinner was simple; Chili and veggies!
I realized I didn't get too many veggies in today (a rareity for me!) So of course I loaded up at dinner!
I cooked myself up an easy dinner with my favorite Spicy Black Bean Chili (Health Valley Brand), 1 cup of the leftover garlic cauliflower I made the other night, and a handful of raw carrots/sliced cucumber. Hit the spot!
I'm so tired, I'm just about ready to head to bed right now! But, I know I still need to pack, study, do dishes... it's always something it seems!
At least my long Monday's almost over... I don't get too much of a break tomorrow either. It's supposed to rain, but I figure as long as it's not snowing I'll trek down to the gym anyways. Gotta get my workout in, I have philosophy and chem tomorrow, then I'm going to vote in the primarys (my decision has been set for a while now!) before I work for 5 hours. I do get a ride to/from so I don't have to worry about the bus, thats always good!
Onto some more tasks...
