Favorite again

I was craving another delicious waffle sandwich, and I know I won't be able to have them when I go back to school next week, so I went with that for today! Two Flax Plus waffles with a GIANT banana and 2 tbsp honey roasted PB.

Mmm... gooey peanut buttery perfection!

Today I definately have to get some more school work done, and some easter wrapping- I also think my sister and I are going to paint Easter eggs! Fun!
I'm doing groceries in the afternoon for the week (just some fresh fruits & veggies) and then my sister and I are going out for OUR night tonight... Sushi at our favorite little bar, a movie, and I'm taking her to a surprise dessert- I'm not sure if she'll be reading this so I won't say what it is right now, but it's delicious, italian and she's never had it before! I'm sure she'll enjoy =)

Should be another busy day, I love it!

so what is your dorm situation like? mine is pretty pathetic as far as cooking goes. we're not even allowed to have a toaster!

Nope, no toaster for me either! (It seriously stinks.)I've got a big ol' fridge and a microwave that probably gets far too much usage for it's little wattage!

I hear you on the no toaster allowed rule. Sheesh. Sometimes I just really want a toasted English muffin! Oh well.
Anyway, for sometime when I DO have a toaster, what kind of waffles do you buy? Are the Flax Plus a brand or just a variety of a specific brand? You make them look/sound so tasty!

These waffle sandwiches look SO scrumptious! (PS) Another amaaazing concoction= Mix honey roasted PB and Apple Sauce over open faced waffles! I loove this too :)

Chickpea,
They're called Lifestream Organic Flax Plus Waffles by Nature's path (website here). They're my new favorite because they're flavorful, thick, and packed with healthy fats! I also love Kashi 7 grain, blueberry and honey oat waffles!

Simple and Divine,
Ohmigosh that sounds delish! Definately trying that combo, thanks for the idea!
