Happy St. Patty's day!
I was considering an Irish-themed breakfast, but decided I was already having an Irish-themed dinner, so I just went with one of my standard at-home favorites... a smoothie with PB toast! I'm almost out of my faaaavorite W.F. fresh ground PB, luccily I'm taking a trip up there today to grab some more, along with a few more ingredients for this week's meals!
My smoothie consisted of 1/2 cup each frozen mango and berries, 1/2 cup nonfat organic vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup nonfat milk and a HUGE banana- I also had 1 slice rudi's organic honey sweet bread with 1 tbsp pb on the side. A nice, filling breakfast to hold me for the morning!
I'm going running in a bit, and then my much anticipated monthly Whole Foods shopping trip (although this one is going to be MUCH smaller than the last- I'm on a budget!) and I'm cooking my fam a yummy Irish themed meal for dinner! Should be a fun day!
