Anyways, the rest of the day was pretty good... for lunch I had a tofurkey sandwich on a wheat pita with a slice of reduced-fat colby jack cheese, this really added a lot of flavor to the sandwich- a nice change! I stuffed some romaine in there with it as well as some dijon mustard, and had a few baby carrots and a sliced pear on the side.
For a snack in between classes I had a banana-bran KIND bar.
I love this flavor, but it's not as nutrient-rich as the other varieties I love (like the fruit&nut), this has a bit much sugar for my liking... but it's a nice treat and held me through my 2.75 hour Nutrition class. Today we discussed eating disorders. It was verrry interesting to see how many of the criteria my previous restrictive eating met up with, and made me realize just HOW intense my restrictions were. I'm glad I'm starting to get a hold on things, it really is for the best! Now if I can just put on a few healthy pounds... I guess it all takes time.
On a better note, I got my chem exam back today... I PASSED... actually, I passed with flying colors... I was sooo excited- I got a 95!!! I was very surprised, but I spent a LOT of time studying, and felt I knew the information very well so I was glad all the work paid off.
Speaking of work, it's about time for me to get some more studying done- I have a big exam and presentation in Kinesiology this week, as well as having to catch up on chem/chem lab problems... I definately have my work cut out for me, I better get started!
Work now, vacation later is my goal for this week! =)
