I woke up earlier than I had planned this morning, I was worried about Italy plans so I decided to spend a bit of time searching for flights as I woke up!
I found a couple good options so hopefully I'll be booking soon!
For breakfast I HAD to go with my favorite weekend meal of course; I used up the rest of my all natural PB (2 tbsp) on 2 flaxplus waffles with 1 tbsp Maple Syrup and squished a big banana in between to make another amazing "Wafflewich!"
Exactly what I wanted!
I also had 1/2 a perfectly ripe grapefruit on the side- it was just the way I like it, not too sweet but not too tart.
A nice way to start a Sunday!
Today I don't have to work, so I'm going to Yoga with my mom before stopping at my local Alternative Food Co-op for a couple more week staples as well as a quick lunch, then heading back to campus to tie up a few loose ends before I start off the week!
This week is supposed to be a bit warmer... lets hope it stays this way!
