For breakfast I had oats again, this time using a Quaker Simple Harvest Maple and Brown Sugar Pecan packet with 1/4 cup regular oats, 1 cup soy milk, and I stirred in a tbsp of PB and topped it with the rest of my banana. It was yummy for sure; not as sweet as the vanilla, but I love the maple taste! I only have one of these packets left, and I used up my soy milk today... so I'm going to have to get creative tomorrow! This whole "on a budget" thing has been tough, but has definately introduced me to some interesting new breakfast combos!
This day is going to be long and tiring... I have Philosophy, where I have to pay attention because we're learning new stuff, Chem, where I have to go over the super hard problems I've been struggling with, and then my lab... which my instructor already informed us that we would NOT be getting out early. Sigh.
At least 5 pm isn't too late... next year my classes all end around 6-6:15! So late dinners it will be.
Time to head off to greet the day... I hope the sun comes out to match the warm weather!
It's almost Friday! Yay!

yeah, I didn't get to bed "on time" either - but that's only because 'Top Chef' was on last night ;0)
just like the other morning, we're having a similar breakfast again, haha.
ahh, hope your Thursday still goes well, despite your hectic schedule!!
Isn't it a great feeling to wake up and be able to go outside in the warm weather? =)
Your breakfast looks yummy!
