It is a perfect 68 degrees, incredibly sunny, and to top it all off I got out of class early and just had the most fabulous, flavorful lunch! Could this day get any better?!
Today I made myself a delicious chick'n fajita using some leftover guacamole from yesterday's dinner app spread on a Rudi's spelt tortilla with some spinach, bell pepper, a quorn cutlet and some leftover salsa. Mmm! Hard to close, but it was SO full of flavor, and incredibly hard to eat, but I loved every bite and licked my plate clean! On the side I grabbed a handful of baby carrots and had a golden delicious apple. Hit the spot!

I'm about to head over to my chemistry help session, and then I think I'll be taking a nice walk up to the emporium to grab my dessert contribution for the night!
