Sweet bowl

Looks like it's going to be another lovely day! I could definately get used to this =)
This morning it was still a bit chilly (in my mind) to run outside, but it's getting warmer- it will get there, soon enough!
I had 1/2 a peanut butter crunch clif bar and ran for 45 minutes on the track.
It was a nice run, although I felt like I skipped a lap-and still wound up finishing around the same time I normally do. Would this mean I was going slower than usual? Hmm. No biggie, I'm going to yoga tonight, so I'll be getting more exercise in!

For breakfast I had a big ol' bowl of cereal- 1 1/2 cups Kashi Go Lean topped with 1/2 cup Kashi Cinnamon Harvest and 1 cup vanilla hemp milk. The honey in the go lean combined with the cinnamon in the harvest and the vanilla in the hemp milk made this one deliciously sweet bowl of cereal. At least it's mostly natural sugars we're talking about! I definately enjoyed this mix, and also had a juicy plum on the side.

Today is a day for organization- I know in Kinesiology I'll be taking a LOT of notes because my professor didn't lecture last class, and then this afternoon is going to be devoted to sorting out all of my notes and files from the semester for my chemistry lab final and last chemistry exam- because they're both on the SAME DAY next week, it's going to be one tough day so I have to be prepared!
Of course after all my stuff is sorted I have the treat of being able to go to Yoga tonight, so that should be a nice ending to my busy day!

Have a great hump day!

It's gorgeous here too, today!! I'm trying not to jinx the fabulosu weather conditions, haha ;0)

Do you run the same distance/amount of time each morning?? If so, then that's probably why you feel like you skipped a lap - over time, your body gets used to the exercises, so it won't work as hard. Sounds like it's time to change up your exercise routine! :0)

Enjoy your Wednesday!

You're right- I have been doing the same exercise for quite some time now, because of the way my time allowance has been, but I am going to switch it up soon! Since its getting nicer I'll be able to run outside soon, which I am happily anticipating! Plus, I have some more races coming up which will be a great change in routine as well.

Have a great Wednesday yourself!
