I am loving this for sure!
Especially since I got out of class early, and headed over to the union to check my mail, where, heading past the cafeteria I glanced around and discovered they sold individual soy miks in vanilla and chocolate- which I found very cool, and decided to purchase a couple (on my meal plan) to use on oats! I should have bought more (I probably will) because they were pretty cheap!
So that was a fun find =)
For lunch today I had a really yummy sandwich made with a whole wheat english muffin, hickory smoked tofurkey, a slice of follow your heart monterey jack, spinach and cucumber, with a bit of honey dijon dressing. Mmm! Very filling. I also had a baggie of carrots with my last few snow peas mixed in and a just-ripe green anjou pear. A great combo, I felt totally satisfied afterwards!
I might have a little snack in a while to hold me over until I go out with my sister. Its sooo nice out, we'll definately be taking a nice walk up to the Emporium for dinner!
Now I have to go clean so my room's presentable. Enjoy this springy day!

What a great find in your cafeteria!! I keep single-serve "boxes" of almond-milk on hand, for on-the-go meals/snacks :0)
Enjoy the fabulous weather, and get ready for a fun night with your sister!
Don't you love it when you actually find something tasty and healthful on campus? Sometimes it seems like they're a rare find...
Veggiegirl,
I've been trying to find single-serve almond milks EVERYWHERE, and I have yet to find them, even at whole foods, two local health food stores and my 3 grocery stores =(
I might try ordering them, if they're that worth it!
Chickpea,
Oh it is a rare find for sure! I found a couple clif bars in a basket at the register as well and snagged those too, they usually don't have those!
I have about 500 "dining dollars" left because I NEVER buy the gross snack foods they expect college kids to use them on, so I think I'll be stockloading soy milk the next couple of weeks! hehe ;)
