If only you could taste what I can taste...

Mmmm, Mmmm, Mmmmmmm!
Ohmigosh, I just made myself the most fantastic lunch, the flavors were so perfect together I wish I could give you all a bite. Exactly what I was craving. I knew I wanted something with a "grilled" flavor... and after searching through the ingredients in my parents' kitchen, I came up with the perfect creation- sauteed mushrooms and onions over some pan seared gimme lean sausage style, on a toasted english muffin with a bit of ketchup for some added zing. It was delicious! Heaping with mushrooms and onions, I had to eat most of it with a fork because it fell off my "bun"! I could also only fit 2 of the 3 slices of "sausage" I cooked up on my nonstick skillet (using just a bit of high-heat canola spray) on the bun, so I had the other on the side. I also had some baby carrots for some more veggies and the other 1/2 of a huge orange that was hanging out in fridge from a recipe I made recently.


This morning I went on my treadmill run because it was still too yucky for an outside run, I ran a steady 40 minutes and walked on an incline for 10 afterwards. After showering I cooked up my delicious lunch, and now I'm doing a bit more studying before I have to go pick up my sister.

It's been a good saturday so far!

ok so i just made Happy Herbivore's whole wheat pecan cinnamon buns and they were SOOOO good...the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. If you get a chance make them one weekend...you won't regret it. Happy Saturday
