Relaxation at last

Finally, I'm back home. Phew, what a long day- at least it felt long, considering I spent most of my day trying to force my eyes from falling shut when I was trying to concentrate on my Kinesiology reading. However, I did get a good amount of studying done at Starbucks- I've got some good materials to go over and review tomorrow so hopefully I'll be nice and prepared for Monday!
I took a break for lunch mid-study, stopping for a whole wheat pita stuffed with some hickory smoked tofurky, 1/4 an avocado, some spinach leaves and dijon mustard, as well as 1/2 a sliced bell pepper and some leftover fruit salad.

Held me over so well I didn't need a snack before work, but I grabbed a grande soy misto to sip on and tide me over until dinner.

Worked well, and then at dinner I had a very filling split pea soup- I love these Health Valley Soups, they're always tasty and filling, and very convenient for work. I also had a baggie of veggie chips, and a few bites of a kiwi I packed, but had to throw away because it was too squishy =(

Work was work, not eventful at all, but I was very tired when I got back home- so I quickly heated up an Erin Baker's breakfast cookie for my night time snack and snuggled under my blanket to relax. I tried the Fruit and Nut kind tonight- I loved it just as much as the others I've had! These are definately becoming my favorite evening snacks. Tasty, filling and actually good for me! "Score!" as my sister would say =)

Now I'm ready to settle in- no more studying for me tonight, I'll be up bright and early for that tomorrow!
G'night!
