On it's way!

The video is finally being uploaded and on it's way this morning!
I had a good workout this morning; 35 minutes of walking/running on the treadmill, then 30 minutes of leg exercises- 3 sets 12 lbs lunges and hamstring drops, 2 sets at 20 lbs and 1 set at 30 lb squats, 2 sets leg/shin press (12 reps each) at 130 lbs.
Before I left I had the usual 1/2 clif, and back home I had holly oats!

Same as last time- 1/2 cup 5 grain cereal made with 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup holly nog, a big banana, a spoonful of PB and a few dried cherries.

Hit the spot, but I was craaaaving cheese- so I had a bit of sharp cheddar:

I'm about to go bake my last batch of biscotti and then I'm spending the day packing and moving back to the 'rents for a few days!

My mom is making me my favorite meal she makes tonight... tuna casserole! Sounds gross, but really it's quite delicious! So excited!

woo video! I've never had tuna casserole either, but my friend made it at school just for kicks and said it's good and pretty easy! Cant wait to see the vid!
