Morning all!
Today is the last day to 'myself' I have here at the house, Nick is supposed to be coming back(!!) and then Tyler is returning on Saturday, so I decided to take today as a 'me day'... not to be selfish but to savor the time by myself before my boys come back!
Last night, I kicked off my 'me time' with a lovely snack while watching a few episodes of The L Word before bed.
1/2 cup 0% chobani, 1 small red anjou pear.
This morning I slept in an hour later than usual, because of the WWW (Winter Weather Warning) and started my day off with a hearty bowl of hot ezekiel cereal. It's been a while since I've had this and I forgot how good-and filling- it was!! I had 3/4 of a cup (1.5 servings) cinnamon raisin kind with 3/4 cup nonfat soy milk and a big banana sliced.
Great way to start my morning!
I plan on spending the whole morning slowwwwwly relaxing... maybe a bubble bath, some reading, the works! Then, as the weather clears up I plan on going to the gym after lunchtime and then coming back home for some more afternoon relaxing and a comfort food dinner before going to yoga later this evening, which I am suuuper excited about!! It's been way too long since I've been to an actual class- it's one of my goals for this year to get back into the flow of regular yoga; I always feel so much better when I do!!
