Pizza and Bowling

What a Friday night!
I had so much fun, I forgot how much fun bowling could be!!
My friends Carolyn and Max came over around 6:30, Nick picked up the pizza, and I set out some antipasti to start:

I had about 5 kashi crackers, 3-4 pieces of cheese and a few olives.

I also set out a big green salad:

I had 1 piece hawaiian, with some salad drizzled in balsamic

and one piece pepperoni

Then came the ice cream...

I had one good sized scoop, yum!!

Bowling was so much fun (although I am completely awful)... Tyler came and beat us all... but he has more experience, I'll get better soon ;) Nick won on the last game though!
We played two games, and then headed back home to watch a movie...
I may or may not have had a second piece of Hawaiian back home. (Fat Jack's is irresistable!)

We stayed up fairly late, so I didn't have the easiest time getting up this morning, but I started my day with a nice breakfast!
The flavor in today's breakfast was brought to you by Trader Joe's:

I liked this, but not as much as the pomegranate. Chobani still trumps all, though.
I had this with 1/4 cup almonds, a banana and some blueberries.

A while later I headed to the gym, where I got in a good 45 minutes of cardio- but no more, it was packed! Uncomfortably so, I was happy to get out of there. All the treadmills were filled so I ended up doing 35 on the elliptical and 10 on the stat bike.

Back home, I snacked on an apple to hold me until lunch.

Lunch was amazing!!! I went out with my mom and had my favorite sandwich EVER- The Ed-wich from The Picnic Basket. Honey turkey, hot melty mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, lettuce, tomato, and spicy honey mustard on their fantastic foccacia bread.

To die for!!

Afterwards I did some basic grocery shopping, and I'm about to go bake some cupcakes for tonight's Family Game Night which I am very excited about! My fam, Nick, my cousins, aunt, uncle, and hosting cousins are all getting together for a fun night of food, games and I'm sure a lot of laughs! A re-cap will be up ASAP! For now, I'm off to make some Brownie Cupcakes!!!
