Fuego

No, I don't speak spanish, but I do know one word... fire- exactly what my dinner made my mouth feel like last night! It was appropriate too, from El Fuego!

Ok, time to backtrack. Yesterday afternoon I hung out at home and did work for a while before heading over to Nick's to do some more packing (food this time). Before I left home, I snacked on this new yogurt-

It was good, but definitely did NOT taste like the raspberry lemonade I was hoping for. I added a small handful of flaxplus granola to it for flavor.

The snack held me a couple hours, but not until dinner, so I also had a small cup of grapes-

When Nick got home, we headed to El Fuego where I was excited for my own special burrito, made by Matt, Danielle's boyfriend, who works at my favorite Mexican restaurant. It's basically buffalo chicken burrito kicked up a HUGE notch. Chicken, buffalo sauce, rice, beans, lettuce, bleu cheese, with jalapenos and onions added. Whew, it was SPICY!
I ate about 1/2 the chips and salsa on the way home-

and then dug into my burrito-

Which I ate all of, except for a few bites towards the end, because I honestly could no longer feel my face. Yum!

This morning, I woke up and had a yogurt/cereal bowl, just the creamy/crunchy combo I was looking for. 1 0% chobani cup, 1 cup Kashi Go Lean and a sliced banana.

I went for another long run, I'm really liking the 45 minute time.

Today's stats:
Time: 45:10
Miles: ~5
Average heart rate: 168
Highest heart rate: 188
Calories burned: 350 (more hills today!)

I'm so excited to get back into running. My running time is so calming, especially now that I've slowed it down and kept a good steady pace for the entire 45 minutes.

When I got back, I had 1/2 this coconut water, and 1/2 this bar for a post-run snack.

Now I'm ready to get some work done for a few hours, before I got help Nick move...again. Gosh, if its taking so long for us to move his stuff in, how long is it going to take when it's time to move mine?? hehe, I guess we'll find out.

Have a great Saturday!
