Party Day!

I've been waiting sooo long for the day of this dinner party, and I am so excited!
I've got my entire day planned out, AND I have everything in a nice pink folder, I'm set!
As soon as I post this I'll be off to work on my appetizers... Giada's recipe for Italian Stuffed Mushrooms... mmmm... not too healthy, but I'm using whole wheat breadcrumbs and reduced fat cheese to make it better. Shh- don't tell my guests! (As if they didn't assume I'd be healthy... hehe)

This morning I went with some extra protein for breakfast to hold me through my scheduled workout (a run of course), cooking and I'm only going to have a light lunch because I know I will be snacking on some delicious appetizers late afternoon!
I had 1 piece small slice bread (70 kcal, 1 g fat) topped with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (90 kcal, 9 g fat) and 1/2 tbsp apricot jam (20 kcal, 0 g fat)
I also had 1 cup 1% cottage cheese (180 kcal, 2 g fat) topped with 1/3 cup blueberries (30 kcal).
Mmm... ~390 lca;. 12 g fat and I'm set!

Mushroom time =)
