My night with dad was quite the nice one =)
We headed to Cate's game, only to find the other team got lost... and my mom had to bring my sister to volleyball practice for 6, so we never ended up seeing the game. But she looked great in practice!
When we got home, Dad went for the pizza. We ordered one large "Saunderstown White" which had mozarella, feta, tomato, artichoke, and kalamata olives (mmm). We also ordered a medium "Grilled Veggie" with mushrooms, tomato, eggplant and onion. Both were incredibly delicious... whole wheat crust, nice and thin... perfect pizza! Almost like Italy, but not quite. =)
"Saunderstown White"-
"Grilled Veggie"-
I had one large slice of each, and saved 1/2 slice of each in case I was still hungry after.
I was SO proud of myself for stopping when I was full after two slices! The "old me" would not have had that much self control, and I'm glad I did so well.
Plus, I had plenty of room for dessert!
My plate:
We enjoyed our pizza, watched the movie (I liked it!) and I had one drink. Then we brought out the treat! The nutrition on the ice cream box was slightly different from the webpage... but I just had a small bowl, around a half cup. It was SO.GOOD. and totally worth the splurge!
I could have eaten 5 scoops more, but I was good again and just settled on some tonic water instead.
Ice cream:
It was good night, but I'm tired now!
Tomorrow morning my mom and I are doing breakfast at my FAVORITE restauramt in town... absolutely best breakfasts, vegan burgers and dinners... Crazy Burger!
They have the great option to "make your own omelette" so I'm probably going to do that, and come up with a yummy creation =)
Dinner calories were definately a bit much, I'd say about 250 per slice (probably more), plus 200 for ice cream and 150 for the drink. A whopping 850 kcals!
Fat I'm sure was also wayyy up there... but I was moderate during the day, so it should balance out.
Total calories for the day ~1660; but thats definately estimating low.
