Crazy Burger

This morning I got up, had a bottle of water with my vitamins and headed off to crazy burger with my mom for a yummy breakfast out!
I chose the "make your own omelet" option, and had an egg white omelette with broccolli, mushrooms and gorgonzola cheese. Mmmm! The gorgonzola was a splurge, but there didn't seem to be too much... maybe 2 oz (about 200 kcal, 15 g fat). The egg whites and veggies were probably about 150 kcal, with a few grams of fat for the oils (about 5?) and I had about 1 tbsp home-made ketchup to dip!
On the side I had 1 of the 2 pieces of home-made brioche bread spread with 1/4 pat of butter and about 1 tsp jam (togther about 150 kcal, 8 g fat) and about a cup of fruit salad (I substituted this instead of homefries... I was good! For probably 100 kcal or less)
Altogether it was a yummy, hearty breakfast...I'll estimate about 600 kcal, but I was pretty good- it could have been less.



I came home and cooked up a big batch (5 servings) of Jenna's Chunky Lentil Soup, I'm leaving some for my parents & sister for dinner, and taking some for myself at work! It made 5 BIG bowls (1.5 cups each), and I'm going to top it with some parm cheese and warm multi-grain bread...so it should be quite filling!

I'll have some lunch in a bit, run, and have a snack before work! I'm excited to try my stew for dinner!
