I spent a couple hours going through a GIANT bag of papers and magazines, so I got something done.
I still haven't run yet... the snow's still coming down, but no news of cancellations in flights yet so I guess we're still a go for later.
For lunch I made my own creamy white bean soup ; I combined 1 cup of my favorite Pacific Organic Butternut Squash Soup (90 kcal, 2 g fat) with 1/2 cup white beans (100 kcal, 1 g fat) for some extra healthy fiber & protein. I added 1/2 cup tiny grape tomatoes on the side for about 40 kcal and half a serving of kashi crackers (7 for about 70 kcal, 1.5 g fat).
It was yummy and filling; should be perfect to fuel my run in a bit!
Total lunch calories: ~300 kcal, 4.5 g fat
(a little low so I'll definately go for a snack later on!)
