Early afternoon got off to a rocky start, I stayed on the phone with danielle for way too long, meaning I only got a 20 minute run in... =(
Thats alright today only though, because I have yoga this evening I know I'm exercising more.
The trip up to TF Green wasn't bad at all; the roads were clear and Danielle ate some of the lunch I packed for her (her stomach wasn't feeling well, I sent her with some easy travel snacks like a Kashi Bar, an apple, some hummus & 7 grain crackers, and raisins plus tea!)
and she gave me in return... 3 large cupcakes!
Now, this girl makes the most INCREDIBLE cupcakes. The only white cupcakes I will devour in an instant, and I did! (No pic, sorry!)
I had one lovely confetti cupcake with confetti frosting, felt a bit guilty then decided hey... its only once in a while, and they were baked with love! So I enjoyed, and shared the other two with my Dad, Mom and Sister.
About an hour later my stomach started growling for a real snack... I'm guessing even though the cupcake was probably ~350 kcal (about 200 for the cake, 150 for frosting...a definate splurge!) it had nothing in it but refined carbs and more refined carbs... nothing to hold me over!
I snacked on a large pear (100 kcal) and a handful of mixed nuts (~175 kcal) to hold me until I make dinner... garden risotto and vegetarian sausages! Yum!
I'll try and get a couple of pictures of dinner while I'm making it and before I eat it up! I love risotto!

Total snack calories ~625 kcal... woah, guess I made up for lunch.
