Late breakfast post again (sorry)
I slept in until 7:30 this morning, and got up to make myself some real oats (1/2 cup= 150 kcal, 2 g fat) with 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup milk (nonfat, 40 kcal), some vanilla and cinnamon (~20 kcal). To top this off I added a bit more cinnamon, 1 medium banana (~120 kcal), 10 grams walnuts (~65 kcal, 6 g fat) and 10 grams peanut butter (~65 kcal, 6 g fat).
It was THE most satisfying, delicious peanut butter banana oatmeal I have ever eaten! I'm sooo glad I tried it =)
My oatmeal:
Total breakfast calories: ~480 kcal, 14 g fat
I'm still not hungry yet, not even a bit! I'll go for a run in a while, then make my lunch, shower and mom and I are doing a quick budgeted trip to Stop & Shop for some groceries for the week.
Then I have work again... I'll probably have a snack some where in between as well!

Plans for this week:
Monday- Bringing Danielle up to the airport, dinner is Risotto with faux-sausages, (Ellie Kreiger's recipe!) and then yoga!
Tuesday- Target trip for school supplies during the day, hopefully lunch at Fresh City (my favorite!), My cousin's basketball game, "Pizza, beer & Baseball" night with the dad
Wednesday-Out to breakfast with mom, making soup during the day, work at night
Thursday- no plans yet but dinner! I'm making Panko Parmesean Baked Tilapia, roasted brussels sprouts and brown rice
Friday- Shopping day with Mom and Ali- stocking up at Whole Foods!
Dinner TBD by trip =)
Saturday- Going to see RENT at the Providence Performing Arts Center with my best friend Danielle, out to dinner at a fabulous gourmet Restaurant in Prov...
Busy week, I'm excited... but sad because it's my last week!
