Although my lunch was delicious, it wasn't quite filling, as I had suspected.
In between showering and cleaning I'm having a nice snack of 3/4 cup nonfat yogurt (60 kcal) with about 2 tbsp POM seeds (25 kcal) as well as a small nectarine (75 kcal) Altogether this snack was about 160 kcal... not bad, and I'll be snacking in a couple hours again at appetizer time!
The cooking's going well, almost time to prepare the fish!
Two hours and 15 minutes to go... woah!
