This afternoon I snacked on a large apple (100 kcal) after getting groceries, and had a grande "skinny" (nonfat, sugar free for ~140 kcal) mocha latte at Starbucks... it was SO. GOOD. I was so excited to try it!
It gave me a good serving of dairy plus an extra boost of caffeine at work!
For dinner at work I went with leftovers as planned...
1 small piece breaded dijon salmon, 1 small piece lemon butter cod, 1/2 cup wild rice and I had a cup of cooked broccolli on the side.
It filled me up and kept me going!
(Total dinner calories ~450)
Now, I'm settling in with a nice cup of sleepytime tea and my favorite yogurt (besides fage)... Dannon Light 'n Fit Cherry Vanilla. Yum! I topped it with 1 tbsp pom and it's a good sweet treat; almost like dessert! (~75 kcal)
Total calories for the day came to ~1535 kcal
Tomorrow I'm planning on organizing and running in the morning, then grabbing a quick lunch before bringing Danielle up to the airport and making a "big" easy Italian dinner of Italian "sausages" and garden risotto!
I hope I can get to Yoga as well... I sure do love my Yoga classes, I hope I can find one at a good time once school starts up again (10 days!)
