Another busy day

Breakfast, snack, lunch and snack post!

This morning I woke up early after a late night... I have a confession to make, I was NOT a healthy eater last night.
After I ate my pear and one piece of chocolate I thought I was good, my chocolate cravings had subsided and I was full.
Well, I couldn't resist some late night snacking with friends... it has always been my weakness. I ended up having a bunch of small valentines chocolates, some chocolate brownie frozen yogurt AND I snacked on some "Smart Puffs" while playing Life.
I had fun, and we watched a GREAT movie... Memoirs of a Geisha, but I still don't think the splurge was really worth it, I know I need to not let cravings/social situations affect my healthy lifestyle.

But, thats that- I put it all behind me and started a new day the healthy way!
This morning I woke up early and had a big bowl (1 1/2 cups) Kashi Cinnamon Harvest Cereal with 1 cup soymilk and a sliced pear.

I went to the gym for a 30 minute run on the treadmill, and I did about 15 minutes on the stationary bike before I showered and got ready for work!
After my workout I snacked on the "banana sandwich" I packed: a big banana with 1 tbsp peanut butter!

This held me over for a bit, but I got SOOO hungry for lunch, I felt almost lightheaded! Not good at all.
So, I had my light lunch- boring again, but quick, Lentil soup and some carrots/cucumbers.

I went grocery shopping after work, and grabbed a Cranberry Crunch Bora Bora bar while I was shopping to hold me over... I had been wanting to try these, and it was sooo good! Definately going to have to pick up some more next time they're on sale =)

It was a quick shop today, just some fresh basics for the week- next week is my big wholefoods trip!
Today I just stocked up on:
-baby spinach
-a tomato
-a yellow bell pepper
-bag of baby carrots
-nectarines
-bananas
-pears
-a plum
-cannellini beans
-Fage 0%
-Fage 2% with peach
-1% cottage cheese
-some nonfat Yoplait yogurts

AND I am very excited about the gorgeous strawberries I picked up! They should taste great with my yogurt/granola tomorrow morning =)

I picked up a big Salmon Salad to have for dinner tonight, which I'll post in a bit... once I'm finally hungry!
