Hungry at last!

I didn't start feeling hungry until around 6:30... thats about 2.5 hours for the bora bora bar, not bad!

I ate the ENTIRE yummy salmon salad I picked up from Panera. It was delicious and fresh- very french. Full of mixed greens, topped with wheat berries, roasted red pepper, onions and green beans. Plus the perfect portion of salmon of course! I only used 1/2 of one of the 2 lemon dressings they gave me... a little was just enough! I also ate the apple I got with it, and was perfectly satisfied =)

Judging by the nutrition posted online, this salad was ~340 kcals, 14g fat... the facts listed are for a 1/2 portion, but I was eating the salad as my full meal so I got the full salad and doubled the numbers. With the apple that makes this dinner about 420 kcals.

This dinnner definately feuled my brain (must have been all those omega 3s!)... I got all my Nutrition reading done, most of my KIN reading and my project summary finished! Yes! Now I'm just hoping to get a bit of organic chemistry in before I REALLY pass out for the night... which is quite possible will happen fairly soon, I'm exhausted!
If I stay up late enough I'll probably have a small snack.

Tomorrow morning my usual hot yoga class was canceled... but I'm going to community yoga at All that Matters instead! Should be a good class, always is at ATM!

Have a fabulous Saturday night!

Wheat berries are just unprocessed wheat kernels. If you want to make them yourself you have to soak them for a long time- almost like beans or bulgar. They're kind of chewy, great in pilafs, and even cold salads! They were a good addition to this salad, for sure!
