Different Dining

So I was pretty hungry when I got out of Kinesiology today, the walk there/back wasn't nearly as horrible as I'd imagined- not bad at all, actually! It's foggy and wet out, but so far the rain has let up quite a bit, only a few drops here and there.
The line was OUT THE DOOR and UP THE BACK STAIRS at Hope today... so I went with Plan B and headed to Butterfield, the other dining hall- right across from my dorm! It's not as new as Hope, but they still have pretty good options to choose from.

One thing I do like about Butterfield is their quesadilla/omelet grille... I was craving cheese today, but decided to go with an omelet because it's simple, and I know I'll be eating at the dining hall again tonight. So, I had an egg white omelet with some chopped peppers, onions and tomato. On the side I had a small side salad topped with lots of veggies and about 1/4 cup of kidney beans for some extra fiber/protein, and some red wine vinegar (they don't have that at Hope!). That was good, and I was pretty much filled from all those veggies, then I decided to have a nice golden delicious apple on the side... now I feel stuffed!
I don't like feeling stuffed, but at least I know this was all good stuff.

No picture today, butterfield's a little open and packed... a camera would have been a bit awkward!
Lunch calories are estimated, probably 200 for the omelet, 200 for the salad, 80 for the apple. ~480 kcals.

I've got MORE work to do (as usual) before yoga tonight!
