So a healthy lunch full of veggies and protein was good for a while... but NOT a good idea in the long run! I'm left STARVING, only a couple hours later! Probably because my WHOLE lunch was only a few grams of fat. I need some healthy fats in my meals!
Ridiculous, not making that mistake again. I can't even concentrate on my work I'm so hungry. I guess that means snack time... I'm having a Fage 2% with peach to hold me until dinner.
Snack calories: 140 kcal, 2.5 g fat
