I decided to head to bed early last night, I was so exhausted I didn't even think I could retain any information I tried to study. So I had some tea, and went straight to bed.
I had such a good night's sleep, I ended up waking up before my alarm!
I was very excited for my breakfast this morning... one of the things I hate about living in a dorm is NO TOASTERS... so I was very happy to be home this morning so I could make myself two Kashi 7 grain waffles... yum! I topped them with 1/2 cup blueberries, some syrup, and one of my new flax paks! Yum! I also had 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese on the side. Perfectly filling, very balanced and I definately think it will hold me through my workout this morning!
All flaxed out:
Breakfast calories: ~400 kcal
Busy but exciting day again today, working out in the morning, some more studying, an appointment for a hair touchup and possibly a stop at one of my favorite little health food shops near my hair stylist's on the way home =)
(I'll try to restrain myself... budget, budget!)
Then later tonight is dinner with the fam in Providence, and Dancing with the Stars tour!!
It's a bit chilly out, but seems like it will be a nice Saturday =)
