Somehow I had a bit of a late start this morning, so I wasn't able to post my breakfast before I had to leave!
This morning I had 1/2 a big banana and went for a 35-minute run.
It's much chillier than yesterday today, but wasn't nearly as windy this morning!
It's picking up a bit now, but I'm in my dorm studying for a while before I have an early dinner and yoga class at 5:45!
For breakfast, I had 1/2 cup (dry) oats made with 1 cup soy milk, the other 1/2 of my banana, 1 tbsp flax and 10 g walnuts.
It was yummy, held me until my packed lunch!
This breakfast was ~470 kcals.
For lunch, I packed a variety of goodies:
3/4 cup tabbouleh salad
1/2 cup greek yogurt with a bit of honey
1 sliced pear
10 baby carrots w/ 2 tbsp hummus for dipping

This lunch was ~470 kcals. (Calorie trend today?)
I'm STILL full, 2 1/2 hours later! Nice combination! It was good munchie food during studying as well.
I'll probably have a small snack this afternoon, then a quick fish dinner later on.
Time to study more!
