Tonight my yoga instructor said she felt the anticipated snow and heavy rain brought unexpected, unneeded stress into our lives, and she focused the class on releasing that stress. I couldn't agree more; It was wonderful! Some great strengthening mixed with a really nice relaxation.
After class, she brought out a valentines treat... home made trail mix! So we all gathered together and I got a big scoop, all my favorites- lots of dried fruit and raisins, (pineapple, mango, apricot, banana, cranberries...yum!) with some raw almonds, and some dark chocolate covered ones as well! I had a good handful, so I don't need my snack... it was a great end to the night!
Lots of nuts today, but it's all healthy fat/calories, right?
