I woke up this morning after having a very weird dream... I was swimming with Dolphins, if you can believe that! Haha, at least it was a pleasant dream =)
It is bright and sunny today, a nice change; although we're back to 20 degree weather here in New England. =(
It's almost March, isn't it time for it to warm up?
I had 1/2 a whole wheat english muffin with 1/2 tbsp pb and 1 tsp of raspberry jam before I headed for my run.
My run was SO GOOD today!
I was so happy, I felt great and strong; what a nice way to combat mid-week slump!
When I got back from working out I had the other 1/2 of my english muffin with some more PB and J. I also had 1 cup 1% cottage cheese and some sliced up pear... I had wanted to eat one of my nectarines, but I was looking at my fruit bowl last night and realized there was a big spot on my pear! So, I cut off the spot, sliced up the pear and put it in the fridge for the morning. It looks a little funny but it tasted fine! I'll just have my nectarine as a snack later on =)
This breakfast was ~550 kcals.
Today I have my presentation in Kinesiology, then I'm heading to the dining hall for some lunch and studying before work. Chances are I won't be able to post until after work tonight, so have a fabulous Wednesday, I'll see you later tonight!
