Ahhh... rested. Finally. I got a good amount of work done last night, and got to bed at a reasonable time so I feel nice and rested to start out the week! No run this morning, I'm going to yoga at 11 with my mom, then I think I'll grab a sandwich at the Alternative Food Co op and get some more studying done this afternoon!
Not too interesting a Saturday/Sunday, but I got some fun in on Friday this weekend... next weekend I'm having my sister over and staying home Sat. night so there will be lots more interesting food-filled fun to post about!
Had a big bowl of swiss oats for breakfast this morning!
Last night I combined 1/2 cup oats with 1/4 cup each soy milk and water, 1 oz dried cherries, 10 g walnuts and a bunch of cinnamon. This morning I stirred in 1/2 cup Fage 0% and topped it all with a giant banana and 1 tsp honey! Mmm, hit the spot!
