Yoga was good today; definately a basic class but sometimes it's nice to just relax and work on some basic postures. Plus, I grabbed the schedule and I think I'm going to a new Vinyasa class on Tuesday!
After yoga we walked down the street to the Alternative Food Co Op, a cool health store in town who sells lots of organic, healthy foods, plus fresh organic traded produce and they even have some yummy food selections- soups and sandwiches. I grabbed a "1/2 wrap" Classis co-op Tofu Salad wrap... sooo good! It's made with tofu, dill, nutritional yeast, carrots, veganaise, and romaine lettuce all wrapped up in a yummy spinach wrap. Perfectly filling, delicious, and I had it with a fresh crisp apple! A great lunch on the go, to fuel MORE of my studying!
