Well, New England Weather's at it again... I woke up this morning to a pretty big snow storm!
There really was no chance I was making it down to the track in this, so I made the decision to do my strength training today, and modify my schedule for tomorrow morning to run at my parent's house (on the treadmill of course) before brunch (my favorite- Crazy Burger!).
I was disappointed I didn't get that run in, however I had a really great 35 minute strength session, so that was good.
Before I worked out I had my usual 1/2 whole wheat english muffin with 1/2 Tbsp PB and 1 tsp jam, and had the other half the same way after. I also had 1 cup 1% cottage cheese and a perfectly juicy nectarine.
Next week I'm trying some new, more interesting products- I'm defianately doing grocery shopping tomorrow, either W.F. or around town depending on the weather!
Not excited to walk to class in this gross snowy weather, but later on tonight my sister's still planning to come over so I'm excited for sundaes , movie night and pizza ! Such a splurge, but def. worth it ;)

I'm pretty sure this is my first comment but I just wanted to say how much I love the blog! You set such a good example for healthy eating; I'm in college too and am constantly trying to emulate it :). Anyway enjoy your sisters company and the indlugences that come with it!
