I've still got reading and dishes to do before bed though...
My lunch held me over COMPLETELY this afternoon... I ate it at 1:30 and didn't get hungry until 5:30, didn't eat until almost 6. Definately going to need to recreate their special salad sometime soon!
For dinner I cooked myself up some DELICIOUS Tuscan White Bean soup... sooo good, organic, and filling! I ate the whole can- it's by Walnut Acres, I got it at Whole Foods, and I'll definately buy it again!
On the side, I had 1/2 a serving of Kashi Crackers and a spinach salad with some yellow pepper and the rest of my cucumber, topped with about 1.5 tbsp Annie's Ginger dressing. Yum, all full!
Dinner was ~390 kcals.
