Being Lazy...

So I've just been sitting around the dorm for a bit, I got back way earlier than expected- we were very efficient in the grocery store, just picking up some fruit and Wheat/Flax pitas and we were out!
Of course I have to start studying soon, this has been a pretty work-free weekend so far!

I went to Yoga as usual, it was a good class, but I didn't feel as strong as usual. I have some trouble with some of the moves on my back, because it hurts my spine... yes, I know- my spine. I can feel it hit the mat, and hard whenever I do certain moves. It's painful, and I know it's dangerous... which is one of the reasons I understand I need to put on some more weight- I don't even have my protective fat left. Scary.

That aside, I felt strengthened... and VERY HUNGRY by the end of class! For lunch we went to Panera, and I got the "you pick two" with 1/2 black bean soup (a bit salty, but otherwise very delicious!), and 1/2 Medditeranean Veggie, which had lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, roasted red peppers, pesto hummus and feta. Yum! I ate all the soup, the entire 1/2 sandwich (made a mess, but even ate the scraps that fell! I said I was hungry!) and saved the apple that came along with it for a snack later... the rest filled me up!

This was a yummy, hearty, filling lunch... more balanced than some of my lunches, I'm going to be leaning towards bigger lunches and snacks more for a while to pump up the calories in a healthy way.
I'm still full now, but the apple is calling to me... a study snack perhaps?
