For breakfast this morning I utilized my lovely stove, making myself a delicious egg white omelet with 3/4 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup cooked spinach, 1/2 cup mushrooms and some red peppers I sauteed for a couple minutes, and I dipped it in 1/2 tbsp ketchup. I also had a delicious vegetarian sausage patty (these are my favorites- Smart Life brand, only 60 calories, and sooo satisfying!) and 1/2 a juicy red grapefruit on the side.
I walked on the treadmill for about 30 minutes before breakfast, and now I'm off to hot yoga with my mom, then lunch at Panera, some produce shopping and my usual sunday studying!
I think I might try something new for dinner tonight... hmm... I guess we'll see!
