I guess I'm in the mood for crackers today, because I've had them twice already! I'm not usually one to have so many snack-foods, Good things the ones I chose were healthy, organic, whole-grain varieties =)
For a snack tonight I sliced a large kiwi and ate that (skin on- Jenna's right, it doesn't taste bad at all; and fiber is your FRIEND!) with some honey graham sticks to add some extra calories (just because I know I need them... and I was craving something sweet!). I also am sipping on a big mug of honeybush caramel tea! Mmm!
I got most of my lab done, but I realized I still need to get some key info from my lab partner, so unfortunately I couldn't finish it tonight. I'm pretty tired and I still need to pack my bags and lunch for tomorrow, so I'm going to keep this short and get on with that so I can head to bed!

I always eat kiwi with the skin - as you said (and Jenna said as well), it has more fiber!! And hey, who really wants to wast time peeling the skin off anyway? ;0)

I felt funny eating it at first, but now I love it- chewy and convienant, yum!
