For one reason or another, not sure what... my stomach was feeling funny AGAIN today, so I waited a bit longer than I had intended to run, but I did end up going for an easy 30 minute run- nothing too strenuous though, I took it easy so my stomach was ok.
Afterwards I snacked on an orange and a Nature's Path Pumpkin Flax Granola Bar... this was good, but has a little too much added sugar for my liking. Nice and chewy though! Reminded me a bit of a "milk & cereal" bar I used to eat when I was a kid (sooo sugar laden and bad for you, but I used to love them!)
Held me over though during my research on Dietetic Internships for my Nutrition Class.
I also had a treat in between working... a tiny Easter M&M sugar cookie my mom and sister made! Warm, and sweet... Can't resist home made holiday baking treats =)
My work is complete, so I'm about ready to go start one of my fave dinners! I don't usually repeat meals because I loveeee experimenting, but this recipe is SO.GOOD... and makes for the BEST leftovers, so I had to re-make it!
